I grew up in Seoul, South Korea. I have always been interested in animal behavior and cognition, so I studied evolutionary biology at Harvard University. During my college years, I have worked with various animals such as anole lizards and vampire bats in northern and central America, to understand more about their social behavior and adaptation. I came back to Harvard University as a Masters student to study data science in order to gain more statistical and technical skill sets to better solve research questions or real-world problems. I enjoy taking photography, drawing animals, and bullet journaling.
