The HDSI is excited to announce the launch of two new research projects supported by the AWS Impact Computing Project at the HDSI. The project titles and principal investigators can be viewed here.
These new awards bring the total number of funded projects under the AWS sponsored research program to eight, furthering and expanding research aimed at generating creative strategies and tools for accelerating solutions to address urgent global crises. The AWS Impact Computing Project’s goal is to achieve meaningful and durable social impact by merging cutting edge data science research with the robust high performance cloud computing resources of AWS. We anticipate that additional projects will be supported under this unique academic-industry partnership.
